There are small , framed abstract landscape paintings either behind acrylic glass or finished with wax, small un-framed paintings presented in a brown kraft paper envelope ( these are not coasters but of the same size)  The encaustic ( wax ) finish gives a very soft tactile feel while being very resistant to moisture, they maintain a soft gloss if polished occasionally with a soft cloth.
